Quantitative Virology Research Group
Our laboratory commences on the second of November in Łukasiewicz-PORT in Wrocław in 2022. The main interest of our team is to study the mechanistic interplay between HIV-1 and the host genome. Specifically, our interests include (1) dissecting the molecular basis of viral factors that contribute to its pathogenesis, (2) understanding how our genome is responsive to viral infections, and (3) the alternation of their relationships over a large timescale.
